By using this website or booking services with Fern Counseling and Natural Medicine, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
Fern Counseling and Natural Medicine provides wellness services including therapy, massage, herbal consultations, and craniosacral fascial therapy. These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care.

2. Eligibility
By booking a session, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 or have a parent/guardian’s consent if underage.

3. Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for other clients' time.

4. Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information regarding your health, history, and needs. Fern reserves the right to discontinue services if safety, ethical, or legal concerns arise.

5. Health & Safety
For in-person sessions, please stay home if you're feeling unwell. We maintain a clean and respectful environment for the safety of all clients and practitioners.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logo, and visuals, belongs to Fern Counseling and Natural Medicine and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in offering our services, Fern Counseling and Natural Medicine is not liable for any outcomes, injuries, or experiences beyond the scope of our practice.

8. Updates
We may update these policies from time to time. Your continued use of the site and services implies your agreement with any updates.
